Project Description: Lucky Charms Packaging Redesign

In GRC 316 - Flexographic Printing Technology, we learned about flexographic printing, a key process used for packaging, labels, and cartons. The course covered everything from file preparation and plate imaging to optimizing equipment settings and managing automated workflows.

For one project, I redesigned the packaging for Lucky Charms cereal, targeting an audience that values natural and organic food options while still appealing to kids. This involved creating a new design with bright, fun visuals but emphasizing healthier ingredients and sustainability. The project helped me understand how flexographic printing techniques are used to bring packaging concepts to life, balancing creativity with technical production requirements.
