I was part of a dynamic team in redesigning a billing statement for a customer with a visual impairment. The challenge was to create a document that goes beyond its original intent, establishing a personal connection while ensuring clarity and accessibility. We explored innovative designs, incorporated ADA-approved elements, and optimized layout for readability and legibility. Considering production automation, security measures, and legal compliance, our solution not only met but exceeded expectations.
